Welcome to Nehaa’s Creative Corner – The Art School and Crafting Express. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, booking workshops, participating in examinations, or placing customised orders, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Nehaa’s Creative Corner is an art learning platform offering online and offline art classes, workshops, teacher training, examinations, and creative learning programs.
Crafting Express provides handcrafted customised art products, gifts, décor items, resin art, bottle art, nameplates, Cricut products, and other handmade creations.
2. Course Registration
• Admission is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Seats are allotted on a First Come, First Served basis.
• Limited seats are available in every batch.
• The institute reserves the right to change batch timings whenever necessary.
3. Fee Policy
• All fees are payable in advance.
• Course fees are non-refundable once the batch has started.
• Fees cannot be adjusted against any other course unless approved by the management.
• Fees once paid cannot be transferred to another person.
4. Attendance & Missed Classes
• Students are requested to attend classes regularly.
• Missed classes due to personal reasons may not always be compensated.
• Prior information regarding absence is appreciated.
• The institute reserves the right to decide on makeup classes.
5. Workshops
• Workshop registration is confirmed only after payment.
• Workshop fees are non-refundable.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, the workshop may be rescheduled.
• Materials included in the workshop will be mentioned separately.
6. Customised Orders
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm any customised order.
• Since every product is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
• Production time generally ranges from 30 to 40 working days, depending on the product.
• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after production has started.
• Refunds are not applicable on customised handmade products.
• Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours. With the live unboxing video proof.
7. Art Examinations
• Examination registrations are non-refundable.
• Dates and schedules are subject to the guidelines of the organising examination authority.
• Students must carry all required materials unless otherwise instructed.
• Results, certificates, medals, and awards will be distributed as per the examination authority’s schedule.
8. Online Classes
• Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• Class recordings, if provided, are strictly for personal learning only.
• Sharing course material, recordings, or login details is prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographs, course materials, videos, designs, website content, logos, and creative content are the intellectual property of Nehaa’s Creative Corner and Crafting Express.
Copying, reproducing, selling, distributing, or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Website Content
We strive to keep all information accurate and updated. However, course details, prices, schedules, products, and services may change without prior notice.
11. Payments
Payments may be accepted through UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or other approved payment methods.
Orders and registrations will only be confirmed after successful payment.
12. Privacy
Personal information shared with us will be used only for admissions, communication, order processing, workshops, examinations, and customer support. We do not sell or misuse customer information.
13. Limitation of Liability
The institute shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by natural disasters, technical issues, government restrictions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
